NOTES: Portraits don't always mean headshots, I'm lenient enough for shoulder-ups.For manga-styled portraits, they're best used as profile pictures or what-not. You can give me an art style that I can base the art off, but it's not guaranteed it will look like a copy. Additional Notes

  • I have the right to decline any request made. Go commission another artist if you’re persistent.

  • PLEASE tell me if you don’t want me to post your commission on any kind of social media, or if you have boundaries with the piece being posted.

  • I don’t mind if you overload me with descriptions and references; I recommend you do that. I prefer to work with pictures, but if you don’t have any, then best if you give a detailed description.

  • When I’m done, I allow you to post the commission in your social media, or use it as a profile picture or what-not. PLEASE give credit!

Terms & Conditions

You agree to commission Clouds In The Sky (CITS) to render your requested artwork, unless it was declined.By completing payment for the commission, you (as the customer) agree to the following terms:

  1. 50% of the payment must be made before the order will be added to the work queue. The other 50% must be paid for when the sketch or draft has been presented. Sketch commissions are exempted; you must pay full price.

  2. Completion of the order will be within 4 weeks or 1 month from completed payment.

  3. If there are any changes to the estimated completion date, CITS will notify the customer of the new time frame as soon as able.

  4. Once work has started, CITS will provide work in progress images of the order, to get feedback, and allow for corrections, updates and adjustments.

  5. Significant changes to the order outline, such as different or new character(s) may incur additional fees.

  6. Once completed the customer may request up to five minor changes for free (sketch commissions are exempted.)

  7. Major changes or more than five minor changes will incur an additional fee.

  8. Finished pieces may be uploaded to CITS’s social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, any Discord server or portfolio, with ownership credit to the customer, and character(s) owner(s) as applicable, or as anonymous on request at no additional cost.

  9. There are no refunds possible before the estimated completion date, for services already rendered, or for the customer terminating the contract.

  10. Any refund made at the discretion of CITS may be subject to an up to 30% handling fee.

  11. Payment must be made through PayPal or GCash. However, if the customer doesn’t have PayPal/GCash, doesn’t have access to PayPal/GCash, or wants to donate, then Ko-fi is available.
